Last week’s episode of Batman featured a team up between a well-known villain, Catwoman (Julie Newmar) and a new villain, Sandman (Michael Rennie). The result was quite possibly one of the worst episodes in the history of the series. Can part two possibly recover? When I hear the name Sadman used for a super villain I think of the shape shifting character from the world of Spider-Man. But in today’s episode of Batman we get a different Sandman. He’s brought to life actor Michael Rennie, who is probably most remembered for playing the role of Klaatu in The Day the Earth Stood Still. But that’s not the only baddie we get in this episode! Spider-Man and His Amazing Friends S:03 E:01

Episode Title: Spider-Man Unmasked

Well true believers, we’ve entered the home stretch for Spider-Man and His Amazing Friends. The third season consisted of eight new episodes. Spidey, Iceman and Firestar are all back, but there is a new presence in these episodes as well. None other than Stan Lee himself. Beginning with season two of the show, Stan Lee began providing intros and narration to the episodes. The season one episodes were even changed to add Lee and keep everything consistent. However, the Stan Lee narrations no longer exist on the masters of the first two seasons, but season three survives.
