Episode Title: Enter…the Lizzinator
Original Airdate: May 6, 1994

It’s just one of those unwritten rules that when you add “inator” to the end of a word it makes it sound more menacing. Give an Ahhhhnold style accent to whatever thing you’ve added those letters to and that’s a bonus. On today’s episode of Power Rangers we get both. Get ready for Enter…the Lizzinator! Episode Title: The Great Escape
Original Airdate: February 1, 1968

It’s been quite a while since we’ve seen the villain featured in today’s Batman episode. We even see him at the beginning of this episode being visited behind bars by his lady Calamity Jan (Dina Merrill) and her mother Frontier Fanny (Hermione Baddeley). But Shame isn’t going to stay locked up for long. Let’s see what happens in today’s episode, The Great Escape. Continue reading Batman S:03 E:21

Episode Title: Second Chance
Original Airdate: May 4, 1994

Sports were never my thing when I was a kid. I never have been very athletic. The one organized sport I did play for a time was soccer. I usually played a midfield position. I wasn’t very good, but I could kick the ball forward if it came to me, and that was pretty much my job. Well, it seems that soccer is pretty popular in Angel Grove, too. In today’s episode of Power Rangers our heroes have to kick around a strange giant armadillo, soccer style in Second Chance. Continue reading Mighty Morphin Power Rangers S:01 E:55

Throughout its three season run, Batman was always a very harmless show. It never really dealt with hot topics, it was just good natured fun. Which brings us to today’s episode which, unlikely as it seems, is sure to offend a number of people. Get ready to see what happens when the women’s movement comes to Gotham in Nora Clavicle and the Ladies Crime Club. Continue reading Batman S:03 E:19

Episode Title: Trick or Treat
Original Airdate: May 3, 1994

It may be Christmas time, but today’s episode of Power Rangers has a bit of a Halloween theme to it. Strangely, though, it originally aired in May, not October. It’s a strange adventure that somehow combines a pumpkin monster, a cheesy game show, and some of the worst rap you’ve ever heard. Get ready for Trick or Treat. Continue reading Mighty Morphin Power Rangers S:01 E:54

Episode Title: Louie’s Lethal Lilac Time

In this week’s episode, we see the return of a villain we were first introduced to earlier this season, Louie the Lilac as played by Milton Berle. I wasn’t all that thrilled with his first appearance, I gotta admit. Let’s see if things end up any better in this second appearance, Louie’s Lethal Lilac Time. Continue reading Batman S:03 E:18
